Most of them ended up with a handful of subscriptions they barely used and no clear picture of what AI was actually doing for their business.
The AI wasn't the problem. The system around it was.
The problem wasn't that they picked the wrong tools. The problem was that nobody built the system around the tools. AI doesn't work by itself. I started AI Momentum Labs because I kept seeing the same thing happen. Smart, capable business owners would get excited about AI, try to figure it out themselves, spend a few months going in circles, and then quietly go back to doing things the old way. Not because they weren't trying. Because nobody had just come in and built the thing for them.
I've spent years inside this space. I know which tools are worth using, which ones are hype, and how to wire them together so they actually do something useful. I work with business owners directly. I build the systems. I stand behind them. And I'm reachable when something needs attention.

Before we build anything, we spend time understanding your business. Where the time goes. What keeps slipping. What you've already tried. We don't pitch a solution before we understand the problem.
